The Process

Our design process is versatile and flexible enough to accommodate a variety of clients with different needs. The design process basically consists of the following stages:

Discovery: The first stage is an initial consultation with client on the website objectives. We will discuss about marketing strategies and target audiences. We will also explore if we can handle the project. This information forms a basis for a general estimate for the project, as well as strategies and methodologies to reach the website objectives.

Needs Analysis: This stage is especially for complex project like e-commerce website. A comprehensive development roadmap is to be built. The analysis covers online marketing strategies, target audiences, competitive market evaluation and information architecture of the website. Our project manager will work closely with client representative. First phase of the project is then initiated.

Design: During this stage, our designer will gather necessary information for the creation of the website appearance. Based on a website development worksheet, a number of design topics like graphics, colors and navigation system will be decided. Graphics such as logos and product photos are to be provided by the client at this stage.

Interface Development: Mockups will be created and revised until the client is completely satisfied. Upon the approval of final design, programming stage will start. A password protected internet location will be provided to client to monitor the web development progress.

Content Editing: Once the interface is ready, content will be added. Client has to assure that all contents are ready for us to input at this point.

Quality Assurance: By this stage, your website is almost complete. Our project manager will thoroughly review the site ensuring that everything works fine. Client will be asked to complete a final review of the site prior to publishing.

Site Publishing: Your site will be uploaded to its server and made live for the world to see. If here are any administrative interfaces for you to manage parts of the site, we will also demonstrate and train you.

Web Marketing: We offer a number of additional services to help you to advertise and promote your website. From search engine registration to SEO, we will discuss with you your needs and decide the best marketing strategies.
